Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- 2-5 years experience in hotel, resort, commercial or institutional maintenance
- proficiency in HVAC, plumbing or electrical systems
- knowledge of light carpentry, paint and wallpaper
- certification in pool operation preferred
- excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- valid driver’s license preferred
- preventive maintenance experience
- ability to read, write and understand English

- manage preventive maintenance schedules
- troubleshoot maintenance issues
- ensure compliance with safety standards
- collaborate with hotel staff to address maintenance needs
