- 3+ years of experience in banquet or event operations within a luxury hotel, resort, or upscale venue
- Prior supervisory or management experience
- Strong understanding of banquet service styles, event logistics, and guest flow
- Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously with precision and professionalism

Job Duties
- Oversee all banquet and event operations from setup through breakdown
- Execute weddings, corporate events, social gatherings, and special functions to luxury service standards
- Ensure all event spaces are properly staged, staffed, and presented according to event specifications
- Act as the primary on-site point of contact during events to manage flow, timing, and guest experience
- Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise banquet captains, servers, bartenders, and support staff
- Lead pre-event briefings and post-event debriefs
- Maintain a strong floor presence during events to ensure service quality and responsiveness
