Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older

- Basic knowledge of food safety practices
- Ability to obtain food handler and TABC certificate
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus
Job Duties
- Welcome guest with a smile
- Acquire guest information and provide accurate seating times
- Promptly answer incoming calls and facilitate to the appropriate department
- Provide a clean and happy space for guest entering the building and waiting to be sat
- Communicate with management on wait times and new guests of Lupe Tortilla
- Escort guest and seat dining room enthusiasm and urgency
