Job Requirements

Ability to work flexible hours including holidays, evenings, and weekends
strong interpersonal and communication skills
capable of maintaining composure in a fast-paced environment
commitment to upholding company policies and uniform standards
willingness to assist and train new team members as needed
ability to provide excellent customer service and handle guest inquiries professionally
physical ability to stand and move for extended periods

Job Qualifications

No degree necessary
experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus
positive attitude and passion for service
desire for personal and professional growth
flexible availability including holidays, evenings, and weekends
strong teamwork and communication skills with guests and coworkers
current food handler's permit or ability to obtain one upon hire

Job Duties

Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously
manage and control the flow of the restaurant efficiently
quote accurate wait times to guests
communicate menu counts and guest information to the culinary and hospitality teams
handle to-go orders and suggest complementary items to enhance guest experience
maintain the cleanliness and organization of the host station and entrance area
uphold uniform and appearance standards consistently
