Job Requirements

  • Ability to work flexible hours including holidays, evenings, and weekends
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • capable of maintaining composure in a fast-paced environment
  • commitment to upholding company policies and uniform standards
  • willingness to assist and train new team members as needed
  • ability to provide excellent customer service and handle guest inquiries professionally
  • physical ability to stand and move for extended periods

Job Qualifications

  • No degree necessary
  • experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus
  • positive attitude and passion for service
  • desire for personal and professional growth
  • flexible availability including holidays, evenings, and weekends
  • strong teamwork and communication skills with guests and coworkers
  • current food handler's permit or ability to obtain one upon hire

Job Duties

  • Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously
  • manage and control the flow of the restaurant efficiently
  • quote accurate wait times to guests
  • communicate menu counts and guest information to the culinary and hospitality teams
  • handle to-go orders and suggest complementary items to enhance guest experience
  • maintain the cleanliness and organization of the host station and entrance area
  • uphold uniform and appearance standards consistently
