- basic knowledge of restaurant operations
Job Duties
- Greet guests promptly and warmly upon arrival
- manage seating arrangements and waitlists efficiently
- assist servers by delivering food and beverages to tables
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and dining area
- communicate effectively with front-of-house and kitchen staff to enhance service flow
- provide guests with information about the menu and restaurant policies as needed
- assist with other duties as assigned to support a positive guest experience
