Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior experience in a full-service restaurant or hospitality role
  • excellent verbal communication skills
  • ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • basic knowledge of restaurant operations

Job Duties

  • Greet guests promptly and warmly upon arrival
  • manage seating arrangements and waitlists efficiently
  • assist servers by delivering food and beverages to tables
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and dining area
  • communicate effectively with front-of-house and kitchen staff to enhance service flow
  • provide guests with information about the menu and restaurant policies as needed
  • assist with other duties as assigned to support a positive guest experience
