Job Duties
- greet and welcome guests as they arrive
- manage waitlists and seating arrangements efficiently
- maintain cleanliness and readiness of the host area
- assist servers with clearing and resetting tables
- communicate guest needs to the serving team
- provide accurate wait time information to guests
- ensure a smooth guest flow within the dining room
