Job Requirements
- Full-service restaurant experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Gets along great with people
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Availability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in full-service restaurant environments is beneficial
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team setting
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Familiarity with restaurant POS systems is a plus
Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests promptly and courteously
- Assist with seating and managing guest flow
- Support servers by delivering bread, water, and other items
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the host station and dining areas
- Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the menu and restaurant policies
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service
- Uphold Ted's Montana Grill's standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction
