Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage guest seating and waitlists to optimize dining room flow
- Assist servers by delivering food and beverages to tables as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the host area and dining room
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members to ensure excellent service
- Provide guests with accurate wait time estimates and accommodate special requests
- Support the overall restaurant team to create a positive and memorable guest experience
