Job Duties
- greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables
- assist in managing the seating chart and wait times
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/assistant station
- communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff
- provide guests with menus and answer initial questions
- assist in managing reservations and walk-in traffic
- support team members to ensure smooth service flow
