Job Requirements
- full-service restaurant experience preferred
- strong communication skills
- gets along great with people
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- must be able to stand for extended periods
- legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in a full-service restaurant is a plus
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
- strong customer service orientation
- basic knowledge of restaurant reservation and seating software is beneficial
Job Duties
- greet guests and assist with seating arrangements
- support servers by delivering exceptional customer service
- maintain cleanliness and organization in the host area
- manage guest waitlists and communicate estimated wait times
- ensure smooth flow of the dining room during service
- handle guest inquiries and resolve minor issues promptly
- assist with the setup and breakdown of dining areas
