Job Requirements

  • full-service restaurant experience preferred
  • strong communication skills
  • gets along great with people
  • availability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • legal eligibility to work in the country

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior experience in a full-service restaurant preferred
  • excellent verbal communication skills
  • ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

  • basic knowledge of hospitality standards
  • ability to handle guest requests and complaints professionally

Job Duties

  • greet guests warmly and manage seating arrangements
  • assist servers by delivering food and beverages promptly
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and dining area
  • handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism
  • support team with bussing tables and resetting for next guests
  • coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations
  • contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all guests
