Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables
- Manage waiting lists and seating arrangements efficiently
- Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to coordinate guest seating and dining flow
- Maintain a clean and organized host station
- Provide accurate information to guests about wait times and menu offerings
- Assist in handling guest inquiries and resolve any seating-related issues
- Support servers by anticipating guest needs and facilitating smooth service
