Job Duties
- greet and seat guests promptly and courteously
- assist servers with delivering exceptional guest experiences
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and restaurant entrance
- manage reservations and guest waitlists efficiently
- communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service flow
- provide guests with menus and answer initial questions about the restaurant
- support the team in maintaining a welcoming atmosphere
