Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival
- Assist with seating guests and managing waitlists
- Provide guests with information about the menu and restaurant policies
- Support servers in delivering prompt and attentive service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and entrance area
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience
