Job Requirements

  • full-service restaurant experience preferred
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to get along well with others
  • ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
  • basic math skills for handling payments
  • physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • must be at least 18 years old

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior experience in a full-service restaurant environment preferred
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team setting
  • positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • excellent customer service skills
  • capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Job Duties

  • greet and seat guests promptly and courteously
  • assist servers by delivering food and beverages to tables
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
  • manage guest inquiries and resolve minor complaints effectively
  • facilitate smooth table turnover and maintain an efficient seating chart
  • collaborate with team members to ensure excellent guest service
  • uphold health and safety standards in the dining environment
