Job Duties
- greet and seat guests promptly and courteously
- assist servers with guest needs and requests
- manage the flow of the dining room to optimize seating capacity
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and entrance area
- provide guests with menus and information about daily specials
- handle guest waitlists and reservations efficiently
- support smooth communication between the front of house and kitchen staff
