Job Requirements

  • full-service restaurant experience preferred
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to get along well with others
  • availability to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends
  • ability to stand for extended periods during shifts
  • willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior experience in full-service restaurant environments preferred
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team setting
  • strong organizational skills
  • positive attitude and friendly demeanor
  • flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends

Job Duties

  • greet and seat guests promptly and courteously
  • assist servers in delivering food and beverages
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and dining area
  • manage reservation systems and waitlists efficiently
  • communicate guest needs and special requests to the service team
  • support guests throughout their dining experience to ensure satisfaction
  • handle guest inquiries and resolve minor complaints professionally
