Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous experience in a full-service restaurant environment preferred

  • strong positive attitude and ability to engage well with guests and colleagues
  • basic knowledge of customer service principles
  • flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • greet and welcome guests upon arrival
  • manage the seating and flow of guests efficiently
  • assist servers by delivering orders and clearing tables
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and dining area
  • provide guests with menus and answer questions about the restaurant
  • communicate guest needs to the appropriate team members
  • support the team in delivering a positive and genuine hospitality experience
