Job Requirements

  • full-service restaurant experience preferred
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to get along well with people
  • availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • physical capability to stand for extended periods and carry trays if required
  • commitment to delivering outstanding guest service

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior experience in full-service restaurant environments advantageous
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
  • positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
  • familiarity with reservation and point-of-sale systems a plus

Job Duties

  • welcome and seat guests promptly and courteously
  • assist servers by delivering food and beverages to tables
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the host area and dining room
  • manage guest waitlists and reservations efficiently
  • communicate effectively with kitchen and serving staff
  • provide guests with menus and answer initial questions
  • ensure a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all guests
