Job Requirements
- full-service restaurant experience preferred
- strong communication skills
- ability to get along well with people
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- physical capability to stand for extended periods and carry trays if required
- commitment to delivering outstanding guest service
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in full-service restaurant environments advantageous
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
- positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- familiarity with reservation and point-of-sale systems a plus
Job Duties
- welcome and seat guests promptly and courteously
- assist servers by delivering food and beverages to tables
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the host area and dining room
- manage guest waitlists and reservations efficiently
- communicate effectively with kitchen and serving staff
- provide guests with menus and answer initial questions
- ensure a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all guests
