Job Requirements

  • full-service restaurant experience preferred
  • strong communication skills
  • gets along great with people
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • legal authorization to work in the country

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in full-service restaurant environment preferred
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
  • strong customer service orientation
  • ability to remain friendly and professional under pressure

Job Duties

  • greet and seat guests promptly and courteously
  • assist servers with delivering food and beverages
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of host and serving areas
  • manage guest waiting lists and seating arrangements efficiently
  • communicate guest needs and special requests to the service team
  • provide guests with menus and answer questions regarding the menu or restaurant services
  • ensure guests have a positive and welcoming experience from arrival to departure
