Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and promptly
- Assist with seating arrangements and manage waitlists
- Ensure guests are comfortable while waiting
- Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host area
- Provide outstanding customer service to enhance guest experience
- Support servers with guest needs and table turnover
