Job Duties
- greet and seat guests promptly and warmly
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and dining area
- manage guest reservations and waitlists efficiently
- communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
- assist guests with inquiries and provide information about the menu and specials
- support the team during busy periods by helping with side work
- ensure adherence to restaurant policies and safety standards
