Job Requirements
- Experience in full-service restaurant preferred
- Strong communication skills

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in full-service restaurant or hospitality role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional guest service
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and guest service standards is a plus
Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude
- Assist in seating guests and managing waitlists
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance guest satisfaction
- Support servers by delivering food and beverages
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and dining areas
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and service teams to ensure a smooth operation
- Uphold the cultural values and hospitality standards of Ted's Montana Grill
