Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- strong verbal communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- team-oriented mindset
- physical ability to stand for long periods and perform restaurant duties

Job Duties
- greet guests warmly and manage the host stand activities
- facilitate seating arrangements and manage waitlists
- assist servers with guest needs and ensure timely service
- maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the dining area and host station
- communicate effectively with kitchen and serving staff to ensure smooth operations
- deliver and uphold the 'Big Sky Moments' experience to all guests
- support team members during busy periods to provide exceptional service
