Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- food and beverage experience preferred but not required
- ability to work in a high energy and demanding environment
- effective communication skills
- ability to work independently and with a team
- capable of working unsupervised and demonstrating good judgment
- ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs
- perform essential job functions including standing, bending, reaching, climbing ladders, and walking long distances
- ability to stand for long periods and work in varying temperatures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- food and beverage experience in a full service setting preferred but not required
- ability to work various shifts in a 7/365 team-oriented environment
- excellent customer service skills
- effective communication skills in English
- strong self-motivation, leadership, and organizational skills
- positive interpersonal skills
- ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- adaptability to changing priorities and situations
- proficiency in reading, writing, and mathematics in English
- ability to lift 25 lbs
- ability to stand for long periods and work in varying temperatures
Job Duties
- Provide courteous, friendly, and efficient service with a smile to customers and team members
- embrace company core values TRIFIC
- create a lasting first and last impression with guests
- provide accurate wait times and monitor waiting lists
- use knowledge of menu to answer guest questions
- coordinate seating with Front of House staff
- seat guests ensuring proper server rotation is maintained
- process to-go orders quickly and accurately
- maintain store appearance and merchandising standards
- follow safety and sanitation guidelines and comply with laws
- respond appropriately to customer concerns
- ensure clean, sanitized, and well-stocked host stand
- assist servers and food runners as needed
- take direction and collaborate with team members
- perform other assigned duties
