Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • food and beverage experience preferred but not required
  • ability to work in a high energy and demanding environment
  • effective communication skills
  • ability to work independently and with a team
  • capable of working unsupervised and demonstrating good judgment
  • ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs
  • perform essential job functions including standing, bending, reaching, climbing ladders, and walking long distances
  • ability to stand for long periods and work in varying temperatures

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • food and beverage experience in a full service setting preferred but not required
  • ability to work various shifts in a 7/365 team-oriented environment
  • excellent customer service skills
  • effective communication skills in English
  • strong self-motivation, leadership, and organizational skills
  • positive interpersonal skills
  • ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • adaptability to changing priorities and situations
  • proficiency in reading, writing, and mathematics in English
  • ability to lift 25 lbs

Job Duties

  • Provide courteous, friendly, and efficient service with a smile to customers and team members
  • embrace company core values TRIFIC
  • create a lasting first and last impression with guests
  • provide accurate wait times and monitor waiting lists
  • use knowledge of menu to answer guest questions
  • coordinate seating with Front of House staff
  • seat guests ensuring proper server rotation is maintained
  • process to-go orders quickly and accurately
  • maintain store appearance and merchandising standards
  • follow safety and sanitation guidelines and comply with laws
  • respond appropriately to customer concerns
  • ensure clean, sanitized, and well-stocked host stand
  • assist servers and food runners as needed
  • take direction and collaborate with team members
  • perform other assigned duties
