Job Requirements

Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team
Basic proficiency with reservation management software
Ability to stand for extended periods
Customer service experience preferred

Job Duties

Greet and seat guests with warmth and holiday cheer
Manage waitlist and reservations (Toast Tables)
Assist with guest flow and line management outside
Communicate with servers and management to ensure smooth seating
