Job Duties

  • greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
  • answer phones and take reservations accurately
  • seat guests according to server availability and restaurant flow
  • manage guest wait lists and communicate wait times effectively
  • maintain a clean and organized greeting area
  • collaborate with servers and management to ensure smooth seating transitions
  • bid farewell to guests and invite them to return
