Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
ability to lift 25-50 pounds
capacity to maintain fast-paced mobility for up to 8 hours
capability to perform repetitive motions such as pushing, pulling, stretching, and use of fingers and wrists
willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
excellent interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

Excellent communication skills
ability to work as part of a team
experience in guest service or hospitality preferred
ability to handle fast-paced environments
friendly and positive attitude
basic knowledge of restaurant operations

Job Duties

Greet and seat guests courteously and efficiently
manage the wait list and call-ahead seating
answer phone calls and direct to-go orders properly
keep the host area stocked with necessary items
maintain cleanliness of the lobby, menus, and restrooms
assist with seating guests quickly and efficiently
communicate effectively with team members and guests
