Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- availability to work Tuesday through Saturday including day and evening shifts
- ability to stand for extended periods
- strong customer service orientation
- team player attitude
- reliable and punctual
Job Qualifications
- previous experience in a customer service or hosting role preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- friendly and approachable demeanor
- basic knowledge of restaurant operations is a plus
Job Duties
- greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- manage guest reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
- maintain a clean and organized host station
- communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
- assist guests with inquiries and provide information about the menu and restaurant policies
- manage waitlists during busy periods
- ensure guests have a positive and welcoming experience from entry to seating
