Job Requirements

  • Supports service team in bussing, sanitizing, and resetting tables
  • Provides accurate wait times and seating suggestions
  • Maintains a neat and organized workstation and entrance area
  • Completes opening and closing sidework tasks
  • Ensures restrooms are clean and stocked
  • Communicates effectively with team members and management
  • Notifies management promptly of any guest or team issues or long wait times
  • Washes hands every 20 minutes
  • Maintains clean and sanitized work areas
  • Works with team to execute safety and sanitation protocols
  • Supports front-of-house functions
  • Multitasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to complete all tasks for exceptional guest experiences
  • Sets up team members for success at shift change

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and acknowledge all guests within five feet
  • Seat guests according to their preferences when possible
  • Rotate seating assignments to balance server workloads and ensure prompt service
  • Provide departing guests with a courteous farewell and invitation to return
  • Support service team members by bussing dishes, sanitizing, and resetting tables as needed
  • Manage guest placement within the entrance area to enhance experience and ensure safety
  • Answer incoming restaurant calls in a friendly and professional manner
