- Must be able to work effectively in a fast paced setting while walking or standing for up to 8 hours per day

Job Duties
- Develop a thorough understanding of all menu items including daily specials
- Greet and welcome guests warmly and enthusiastically
- Escort guests to their tables and seat them properly
- Manage waitlists efficiently and communicate wait times accurately
- Respond promptly and appropriately to any guest concerns including involving a manager
- Inspect and clean assigned restrooms every 30 minutes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of host stand and promptly address spills
