Job Duties
- Warmly greet all guests upon their arrival
- open the front door for guests entering or leaving the restaurant when possible
- inspect tables for proper presentation
- when the restaurant is on a wait for tables, record the guest's information in the NoWait App and provide the guest with an estimated wait time
- notify guests via the NoWait App when their table is ready
- accommodate special seating requests whenever possible
- make friendly conversation with guests as you walk them to their table
- upon seating, offer guests a menu and inform them of the server's name
- handle food: chips and salsa
- thank guests as they leave and invite them to return
- attend all scheduled team member meetings
