Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a supervisory or customer service role preferred
- availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- strong communication skills
- ability to stand for extended periods
- basic computer skills for reservation and point of sale systems

- Experience in restaurant or hospitality environment
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- familiarity with Open Table or similar reservation systems
- strong organizational skills

Job Duties
- Take thorough reservations using Open Table
- answer the phones and relay efficient messages
- greet guests with the utmost hospitality, lead them to tables, pull out chairs, and provide menus after everyone is seated
- make sure that menus are clean and current
- smile, be professional and friendly
- acknowledge guests as they leave the property
- act as liaison between kitchen and dining room
- operate cash register
- attend required trainings and meetings
- deliver an exceptional experience through outstanding hospitality and food service to the guests
