Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in a supervisory role preferred
  • proficiency in using reservation software
  • ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • strong customer service orientation
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • takes thorough reservations using Open Table
  • answers the phones and relays efficient messages
  • greets guests with the upmost hospitality, leads them to tables, pulls out chairs, and provides menus after everyone is seated
  • makes sure that menus are clean and current
  • smiles, is professional and friendly
  • acknowledges guests as they leave the property
  • act as liaison between kitchen and dining room
  • may operate cash register
  • attends required trainings and meetings
  • delivers an exceptional experience through outstanding hospitality and food service to the guests
