- Ability to work nights and weekends
- Strong communication skills
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
- Basic computer literacy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience with customer service preferred

Job Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival
- Inform guests of their wait time
- Monitor waiting list and manage seating
- Enter guest names into computer system
- Show guests to their tables
- Refilling beverages
- Perform light housekeeping duties including cleaning glasses and menus
- Ensure restrooms are clean, stocked and orderly
- Answer phones and fill to-go orders when needed
- Bid guests farewell as they leave
