Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a restaurant or customer-facing role preferred
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
- willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- physical capability to be on feet and active for long periods
- legal authorization to work in the country
Job Qualifications
- Experience in the hospitality or customer service industry preferred
- friendly and upbeat personality
- ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to stand and be active for extended periods
- basic knowledge of reservation management systems is a plus
Job Duties
- Welcome, greet, and thank guests upon arrival and departure
- make guests feel comfortable and personally cared for
- know regular guests by name, preferences, and special requests
- answer the phone promptly and warmly
- accurately record guest information during wait times and provide estimated wait times
- seat guests according to preferences without disrupting service flow
- adhere to safety, sanitation, and administrative procedures
- communicate effectively with staff throughout shifts
- maintain front desk supplies and cleanliness
- ensure entryways, windows, and floors meet sanitation standards
