Job Duties
- Welcome/greet/thank guests upon arrival and departure
- make all guests feel comfortable and personally taken care of
- know regular guests by name, preferences and special requests
- answer the phone promptly with a smile
- record guest information accurately during wait times and provide estimated wait times
- accommodate guest seating preferences without compromising service flow
- adhere to safety, sanitation and administrative procedures
- communicate promptly and completely with other staff throughout shift
- seat guests according to company standards
- check and maintain front desk supplies
- ensure entry, windows and floors meet sanitation standards
