Job Duties
- Welcome,greet,and thank guests upon arrival and departure
- Make all guests feel comfortable and convey personal care
- Know regular guests by name,preferences,and special requests
- Answer the phone promptly and with a smile
- Record guest information accurately when on a wait,provide estimated wait times,and seat accordingly
- Accommodate guest seating preferences without compromising service flow
- Understand and adhere to all safety,sanitation,and administrative procedures
- Provide timely communication to staff throughout the shift
- Seat guests to company standards
- Check and maintain front desk supplies
- Ensure entry,windows,and floors meet sanitation standards
