Job Duties

  • Welcome, greet, and thank guests upon arrival and departure
  • Make all guests feel comfortable and assured of personal care
  • Know regular guests by name, preferences, and special requests
  • Answer the phone promptly and with a smile
  • Accurately record guest information during waits and provide estimated times
  • Accommodate guest seating preferences without compromising service flow
  • Understand and adhere to all safety, sanitation, and administrative procedures
  • Provide complete and timely communication to staff throughout shifts
  • Seat guests according to company standards
  • Check and maintain front desk supplies
  • Ensure entry, windows, and floors meet sanitation standards
