- must be able to stand for long periods of time
- must be able to work at a quick pace
- must be able to work weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- excellent communication skills
- ability to maintain a friendly and professional demeanor
- strong organizational skills
- ability to work under pressure during busy periods
- basic knowledge of POS systems helpful
- prior experience in a hospitality or customer-facing role preferred
Job Duties
- Greets each guest and facilitates the guest experience by welcoming them in a friendly and professional manner
- seats each guest at the appropriate tables
- organizes, stocks and cleans the front lobby during the shift
- manages competing demands
- bids farewell to each guest
- completes any beginning or closing shift duties
