Job Requirements
- Must possess or be able to obtain a valid food/alcohol certification as required by state law
- able to stand for 10 hours and lift at least 50 pounds
- good hearing for safety and accurate communication
- must be able to read, write and speak in English
- must have reliable transportation
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- prior experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- strong organizational skills

- basic knowledge of food and beverage service
Job Duties
- Welcome and entertain guests in a warm and friendly manner
- manage efficient and timely seating of guests
- handle phone calls including call ahead seating and reservations
- respond to guest inquiries and assist with to-go orders
- maintain knowledge of restaurant promotions and offers
- facilitate communication between guests and wait staff
- provide exceptional service to create positive first and last impressions
