Job Requirements

- Understanding the reservations system (Open Table)
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Professional appearance and friendly demeanor
- Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar hospitality or front-of-house role
- Proficiency with reservation systems such as Open Table
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle guest complaints professionally
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and floor plans
- Professional appearance and demeanor
Job Duties
- Responsible for welcoming and greeting all guests
- Use personality and hospitality skills to provide a seamless and memorable guest experience
- Check guests in and walk them to tables while engaging in conversation
- Handle guest complaints and work to diffuse any unhappy situations
- Master the operations of the Open Table system
- Complete all opening and closing side work as assigned
- Communicate all guest issues, open tables, and long waits to Restaurant Managers and the Maitre'd
