Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Strong communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Customer service experience preferred
Must be able to stand for extended periods

Job Duties

Warmly welcome guests as they enter the restaurant
Manage guest seating and reservations to optimize table turnover
Assist guests with their to-go orders ensuring accuracy and timely preparation
Respond promptly and positively to guest inquiries and requests
Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized front-of-house environment
Support staff in creating a fun and upbeat atmosphere for guests
Maintain knowledge of menu items and daily specials to assist guests effectively
