Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant hosting preferred
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must embody company values of being friendly, accommodating, inclusive, and respectful
- Must be able to stand for extended periods

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and promptly upon arrival
- Manage guest seating and reservations efficiently
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and wait staff to ensure smooth service
- Maintain a welcoming and organized host station
- Address guest inquiries and special requests courteously
- Coordinate waitlist and manage walk-in guests
- Support team members during peak hours
