Job Requirements

- Ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and promptly
- Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently
- Escort guests to their tables while ensuring comfort
- Provide menu information and answer guest inquiries
- Coordinate with the kitchen and waitstaff to optimize guest experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and entrance area
- Handle guest concerns and escalate issues as appropriate
