Job Requirements

must be at least 16 years of age or older
must be eligible to work in the us
previous service experience strongly preferred but will train
able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent preferred
previous service experience strongly preferred but not required
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
strong organizational and multitasking abilities
positive attitude and team player mentality

Job Duties

greet guests warmly and professionally
manage guest seating and waiting lists efficiently
handle guest inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
assist with reservations and accommodate special requests
maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station
coordinate with serving staff and management to ensure smooth operations
promote a welcoming and hospitable dining environment
