Job Duties

  • Clean and reset tables
  • Run food from kitchen to tables in a safe and efficient manner
  • Restock stations and take out trash
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining areas
  • Greet customers and escort them to their tables
  • Professionally and effectively communicate with servers and bartenders
  • Monitor incoming calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate party
  • Control and update open table
  • Keep track of waitlist and notify customers when their tables are ready
