Currently hiring immediately for full-time or part-time Host or Hostess positions, P.F. Chang's offers an attractive pay range based on experience, from $16.00 to $19.00 per hour. This position is pivotal in creating the first and lasting impression of the restaurant on every guest. The Host or Hostess is responsible for delivering an excellent hospitality experience by maintaining the smooth overall flow of the restaurant. This includes courteously interacting with guests by answering phones, greeting guests, seating them, managing reservations, and taking food orders when necessary.

In this role, the individual acts as the initial point of contact, setting the tone for the entire dining experience. When there is a wait time, the Host or Hostess must communicate accurate wait times clearly and respond to any guest inquiries with a positive and professional attitude. Ensuring high safety and sanitation standards is also critical, with responsibilities including maintaining cleanliness at the front door, host desk, lobby area, and managing crowd control.

The Host or Hostess will learn the restaurant seating layout, how tables are divided among server areas, and proper food delivery procedures. The job includes efficiently setting and clearing tables according to P.F. Chang's specifications and understanding the curbside pickup and takeout processes. Side work duties pertinent to each shift will also be assigned, emphasizing teamwork and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
