We are currently seeking a warm, gracious, and experienced Hostess to join our dynamic Food & Beverage team. This role is integral to ensuring that every guest’s dining experience begins with a welcoming and professional interaction. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience working in a fine dining or upscale restaurant or hotel setting, with a preference for those hailing from luxury fine dining or luxury hotel environments. The Hostess is responsible for managing guest arrivals, seating, and reservations while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality. Proficiency with multi-line phone systems, reservations software such as OpenTable, and Micrs POS systems is essential. Additionally, the candidate must be adept at Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Word.

The position requires an individual who can present themselves with an uplifting and polished presence while genuinely desiring to enhance the guest experience through warm and gracious service. Exceptional communication skills in English are mandatory, and bilingual skills will be considered an asset. Flexibility is key as this role demands the ability to work a schedule that includes early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays. Candidates must also possess the physical stamina to meet the needs of the role, including the ability to walk and stand for extended periods during shifts. A high school diploma is required, though a college degree is preferred.
