Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to maintain a clean and sanitary environment
- Capacity to manage guest flow and waiting lists
- Availability to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends
- Commitment to upholding health and safety standards

Job Duties

- Maintain cleanliness and sanitization of guest touchpoints regularly
- Manage the restaurant waiting list during high volume periods
- Communicate accurately with guests to set expectations
- Thank guests sincerely as they depart and invite them to return
- Adhere to health and safety protocols rigorously
